History Of Marine Diesel Engine

             Diescher was born in Paris, France in 1856, and his parents were German immigrants. After the outbreak of the Pfeiffer War in 1870, he moved to his uncle's home in Augsburg, Germany, where he attended a vocational school. In 1875, he studied at the University of Science and Technology in Munich and graduated 5 years later with the first prize and returned to Paris to specialize in refrigeration. At work, he felt the inefficiency of the steam engine, and the idea of designing a new engine was sprouting. He returned to Berlin in 1890 and soon after he built an ammonia-powered engine and studied it, it was unfortunate that the explosion of the engine nearly killed him.              To realize his idea, he found the German Augsburg Machine factory, the predecessor of today's famous man (M. A. N) Company.
